Omega - De ville ''EMERALD'' 5110379 - 中性 - 1973

Year: 1973 Very nice watch from around 1973 according to the serial, in a very good condition for its age, a beautiful and rare timepiece. The bracelet is original with Omega clasp but is in bad condition, we prefer to maintain watches original, if possible, for collection value. Pre-owned, hand-wound movement signed Omega cal 625. Gold plated case measuring approx. 32 mm × 24 mm without crown, case in very good condition Dial in good condition Like-new beautiful glass Signed crown Ships by registered post with tracking number (delivered within 3–5 days) (The watch was serviced, but not tested for accuracy, kept good time during a 2 day test, keep in mind that the watch was not tested for water resistance.) (Photos are zoomed in, so it may look worse than it does in real life.) The ‘Emerald’ Line, 1971 This line was inspired by the exclusive designs created for OMEGA by ANDREW GRIMA, jeweller to Queen Elisabeth. GRIMA is considered one of the foremost jewellers of his generation. The Emerald line is characterised by the generous height of its Emerald watch cut crystals, which were either precious or semi-precious stones (sapphire, amethyst, or citrine) or quartz or mineral glass. G The pieces were first reserved for the high-end ‘Constellation’ models, but as the line was progressively extended, ANDREW GRIMA's creations were later mostly seen in the De Ville range, and also, but to a much lesser extent, in the Geneve collection. The line was manufactured until 1973.
