This vineyard, oriented at noon on the southern slope of the famous hillside of Canon, is planted with Merlot and Cabernet grape varieties. Thanks to its magnificent exhibition, it produces red wines of perfect maturity, which are distinguished by their softness, their body, their bouquet and their very finesse. Wine of great guard but able to be tasted young thanks to its amazing roundness.

The 2015 vintage is full of fruity flavors.
Round enough in the mouth, little tannic.
This wine is to be tasted more particularly on grilled meats or in sauce as well as on cold meats and cheeses.
