The shipping costs are duly indicated in the auction and you perfectly know and can see the overall price of the item plus shipping costs. Your request was to reimburse you half of the shipping cost which i don’t understand honestly why i should do so if you purchased the item knowing the overall costs.
Moreover, i have offered you to cancel the purchase and was ready to confirm it to catawiki representatives but you refused agreeing that it was your fault indeed not to note duly the costs of shipping.
Thus, i don’t agree with your unpleasant feedback. You received totally new Emilio Pucci shoes in the box and dust bag for such a low price compared to its retail price tag.
Please kindly never offer any bidding on the item I put on auction, you do me a great favor.

The shipping price is high as non being professional seller but individual seller shipping companies with express solutions are charging a lot. Another point for the bag dimension, it was given among pictures with cm shown. Hope you enjoy a bag as it is a perfect new condition.
